Despite her long story, Wonder Woman could overcome any obstacle if she only got on the screen. Work on a film adaptation of the popular DC comic about the beautiful Diana, Princess of the Amazons from Themyscira during World War II, began in 1996 when the first film shooting agreement was signed. Both the comic and the film Wonder Woman tell us about the immense power, faith in humanity and justice. Maybe that's why this icon of feminism fighting for love, peace and gender equality became a founding member of the well-known Justice League.
