In case your order doesn't meet your expectations, simply send it back and we’ll refund or exchange your items.
If you suspect that your items were damaged while being shipped, please email us at info@europosters.eu immediately and provide us with a photo of the package and damaged items. We will contact you right away with information regarding what to do next. Your email must be sent within 48 hours, later complaints will not be considered. You do not have to send the damaged goods back to us.
Were your items damaged by, for example, sunlight? Send an email to info@europosters.eu with a photo of the damaged item and we will contact you with information regarding what steps to take next. The warranty period does not cover defects caused by careless handling or mechanical damage.
Maybe your items don’t match with the colour of your couch, or don't fit your apartment’s style. No problem, send back your items back and we will issue a refund. If you choose to return the items within 14 days, we will refund you for the cost of the items and the lowest priced shipping cost, if charged. After 14 days, you will only be refunded the price of the items. The return shipping costs must be paid at your expenses.
Have you received a different item from the one you ordered? Are there any items missing in your order? That can happen and we are sorry for it. Please send a photo of the item you received to the email info@europosters.eu. We will immediately contact you with information regarding what steps to take next.
5) Received a poor quality product?
Have you received a product in a poor quality or a blurred image? Please send a photo of the item you received to the email info@europosters.eu. We will immediately contact you with information regarding what steps to take next.
If you are sending the goods back, make sure that they are securely packed so that they are not damaged during transport. Ideally use the original packaging that came with the goods.
Please attach a printed return form to the package, which you can find here or in your personal account. There you can fill in your name, order number and account number where you want your money to be sent. Send the same information to our e-mail info@europosters.eu just for confirmation.
We will return the money for the goods within 14 days of receiving the undamaged shipment back to our warehouse.

Goods made on your demand cannot be returned. This information can also be found within the relevant products directly on our website. Such goods can only be claimed in case of an obvious printing error or damage from our side. The exceptions are namely:
prints of your own photos on photo paper and canvas
art prints on demand on photo paper, canvas or wall mural
custom framing
